    Clara profile Clara Matonhodze

    Digital Strategist

Nothing surmises my life more than the Langston Hughes poem, “A Dream Deferred”. After years of helping build organizations and working to implement the mission of well-known institutions, the dream finally exploded into the creation of Multicultural Solutions. A digital marketing company, Multicultural Solutions works across the global economy and exists to deliver agency-quality digital solutions by providing synergized digital marketing communications through a mix of tactics, methods, channels, media, and activities so that all work in unison.

    Megan Park

    Founder/CEO, Filmmaker & Feminist

I started my career producing events, shifted over to publishing and ultimately landed in filmmaking, working in NYC on award-winning films, documentaries and television. I love to tell people’s stories. After the gut-punch of the 2016 election, I was driven to help women leaders tell their stories and achieve their goals through media–Putting Women In Their Place was born. In college, I said I wanted to be a professional feminist– I have finally achieved my goal!

    Dale VanSteenberg

    CFO

My resume states that I am a highly accomplished and forward-thinking strategist with extensive experience in acquisitions, integrations, financings, financial control, treasury operations, financial reporting, financial closings, transactions, balance sheet capital, and tax strategies. But at my heart, I am a feminist who always leads with love. I am committed to diversity and humanity, and an advocate for LGBTQ community, animals and children.

    Lani Neumann

    Director of Media

I have been producing and directing television and digital content for major networks (MTV, TLC, OWN) and Fortune 500 brands (Budweiser, Almay, Swedish Fish) for over 15 years. My experience has given me the ability to visualize, execute and deliver powerful visual stories in any format; from a 90-minute documentary to a 17-second social media spot. Since the 2016 election I have been committed to creating dynamic progressive, inclusive content.

    Jennifer Howd

    Media Networks Director

I am a producer/director/editor/author and a 15+ year veteran of the entertainment industry. My eclectic background includes work within feature film marketing, television network and cable broadcast design and branding, visual effects, post production, and development/writing. Social Media Manager

MySpace was the platform that really sparked my passion. Ah, the good old days when all you cared about was who made the cut for Top 8. Social media is the most efficient way to express yourself, share your story and create connection. That’s the beauty of it – connection–and that is my favorite thing about Putting Women in Their Place’s social media. Each platform has become such a unique and supportive community of like-minded womxn, allies and organizations. Follow us and join our community.

    Andrea Cunningham

    Head of Production

I am a writer and producer of digital media and effective video stories. With a B.S. in Political Science, working with Putting Women In Their Place was a natural fit. I am passionate about helping progressive female candidates tell their stories to broaden their online presence to win elections. I am a founding member of WIFT, Nashville; owner of my company Square Peg Productions, LLC, and a member of the Ohio Democratic Party Truth Team.

    Kiki Rosatti

    Producer, Media Trainer

I’ve worked in broadcast television for over 30 years. As a news producer, I thought I had seen it all but nothing prepared me for the 2016 election. I use my strategy, marketing, and communication experience to help people and organizations with media training and on-camera presentations.
